Experience as a Clinical Social Worker and therapist in private practice with individual, group, family and couples therapy for over five years. Same amount of time providing services to patients referred by the Criminal Justice System (Substance Abuse, Child Abuse, Domestic Violence, Anger Management and Sexual Offenders).

Three years of experience as a Program Director of an Evidence Based Program that offered services to 750 students in 2017 by a group of 18 employees. Compliance in 100% of the institutional and programmatic goals, including fidelity, sample, retention and graduation of participants.

Four years of experience supervising Clinical Social Workers and Interns. Over five years of experience working with the Immigration System, Office of Refugee Resettlement as a Clinical Counselor of unaccompanied minors (ages 13-17) seeking asylum.
